Medical and Dental Insurance: Our insurance plans are constructed to offer a variety and freedom of choice providing a great benefit for our employees with a partial premium paid by the firm.
Group Life and Long-term Disability Insurance: Coverage for life and disability is paid by the firm for qualified employees.
Prescription Coverage and Health Care Reimbursement Plans: Prescription drug benefits are covered with the insurance plan. Reimbursement plans offer the ability to pay out-of-pocket medical expenses with employee pre-tax contribution.
Retirement Benefits: Eligible employees may enroll in our 401(k) and profit sharing plan, after 90 days of employment. Once enrolled in the plan, Cornwell Jackson provides a good company match.
Summer Hours: During the summer months, our team works an abbreviated schedule to allow for time off on Friday afternoons.
Paid Time Off: Each professional team member receives 160 hours of paid time off per year.
Paid Holidays: In addition to your regular paid time off, you receive 7 paid holidays per calendar year.
